If you build your affidavit of heirship with the Heirsy Kit, follow the Texas Rules Guide, and the county clerk refuses to record it, email the rejection to help@heirsy.com and we will refund your purchase in full. There is no time limit on this guarantee.

What the guarantee does not cover

Title companies each set their own requirements for closing a transaction. Our guarantee covers recording by the county clerk only. It does not cover any title company's decision.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
